Annual Warranty Service will be executed in the following situations: 
 
If the equipment has obvious abnormal sound, cannot run normally or cannot execute normal applications, the company will perform the warranty service if it is determined by the remote judgment of the engineer that the abnormality of the equipment is caused by the machine.
 
Annual Warranty Service will not include as the following status: 
 
1. Due to incorrect use or man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.
2. Scratches and damage to the outer leather or foot unit shells with sharp objects are not covered by the warranty. 
3. Damage to equipment due to natural disasters (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, floods, wars, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
