Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:

Shipping costs outbound and inbound are the customer’s responsibility.
(This applies to order cancellations if your order has already shipped.) -
The returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Free gifts, incurred sales and commission expenses must be returned or will be deducted from your refund.

The 30-day return window starts from your delivery date.

Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Shipping Damage:
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Replacement parts or a new unit will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
How to Prepare a Return

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN):
Email us at service@irelax.life (or use the online “Let’s Chat” feature) to confirm you have read our policy and to get your RAN.
Returns without a valid RAN will be refused. -
Include Required Documents:

Shipping:

Use a shipping company of your choice or contact us for a designated carrier.

Call us back with the tracking number once your return is shipped.

Insure your package to cover any loss or damage in transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are fixed at the time your order is placed.

For all iRelaxBot products, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility if returning merchandise under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

A new unit exchange is offered for defective products reported within 30 days. No refunds are available after 30 days — after this period, warranty services apply.
Gift Card & Coupon Policy

Purchased gift cards and issued coupons are non-refundable.

One gift card order = one recipient.

All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Purchases made with a valid gift card number are non-refundable; all other return conditions still apply.

Gift cards are delivered via email only — it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct recipient’s email. Once the confirmation is sent, changes cannot be made.
Production & Payment Terms

All iRelaxBot products require full payment to schedule production.

The typical delivery cycle is 60–90 days after payment.

If full payment is not made within 15 working days of placing your order, we will treat it as a voluntary cancellation and refund any amount paid minus any bank, credit card, or third-party financing fees already incurred.
Down Payment & Cancellation Policy

Down Payment Requirement
All iRelaxBot custom orders or reserved units require a first down payment to secure production scheduling and any applicable promotional or discounted pricing. -
Conditional Discount
Any discount or special promotional rate offered is conditional upon the completion of full payment and the final purchase. If the customer cancels the order before full payment is made, iRelaxBot reserves the right to reverse or adjust any discount benefit previously granted. -
Refund of Down Payment
If the buyer requests a cancellation before the production process begins, the down payment may be refunded minus:-
Any granted discount amount, which will be deducted from the refund total.

Any incurred transaction fees, including but not limited to bank transfer fees, credit card processing charges, or third-party financing costs.

Any reasonable administrative or handling fees associated with order processing.

Production Stage Cancellation
If the buyer requests cancellation after production has started, the down payment is non-refundable due to the cost of reserved production capacity, materials, and administrative processing. -
Refund Timeline
Any approved refundable balance will be processed within 15–30 business days after receiving the signed written cancellation request. -
Refund Confirmation
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. A refund confirmation receipt will be provided for your records.
