Down Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Down Payment Requirement
All iRelaxBot custom orders or reserved units require an initial down payment to secure:

Production scheduling

Inventory reservation

Any applicable promotional or discounted pricing
2. Conditional Discount Terms
All discounts or promotional rates are conditional upon full payment and successful completion of the transaction.
If the customer cancels the order before completing full payment, iRelaxBot reserves the right to:

Withdraw or adjust any discount previously granted

Deduct the discount value from any potential refund
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Custom or Made-to-Order Cancellations

If the buyer cancels before production begins, the down payment may be partially refunded, minus the following:

Any granted discount amount

Transaction fees, including but not limited to:

Bank transfer fees

Credit card processing fees
-
Third-party financing fees

Administrative or order handling fees

If production has already begun, the down payment becomes non-refundable due to the costs of:

Reserved production time and labor

Raw materials

Operational planning and execution

3.2 In-Stock Order Cancellations
If the buyer places an order for a product that is in stock, pays a deposit to reserve it, and later requests a cancellation, the following terms apply:

If the item is not yet shipped:

The deposit may be partially refunded, after deductions for:

Inventory holding and reservation fee (typically 5–10% of product price, depending on demand)

Any granted discount

Applicable transaction fees
-
Administrative and warehousing fees

If the item is already shipped but not yet received:

The buyer must bear:

Round-trip shipping costs

Packaging and inspection fees

All other deductions listed above

If the item has been delivered and unboxed, the order is considered final and non-refundable, unless there is a verified quality or warranty issue (refer to warranty terms for details)
4. Refund Timeline & Method

A signed written cancellation request is required for any refund to be processed

Approved refunds will be issued within 15–30 business days after confirmation

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method whenever possible

A refund confirmation receipt will be provided for customer records
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:

Shipping costs outbound and inbound are the customer’s responsibility.
(This applies to order cancellations if your order has already shipped.) -
The returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Free gifts, incurred sales and commission expenses must be returned or will be deducted from your refund.

The 30-day return window starts from your delivery date.

Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Shipping Damage:
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Replacement parts or a new unit will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
How to Prepare a Return

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN):
Email us at service@irelax.life (or use the online “Let’s Chat” feature) to confirm you have read our policy and to get your RAN.
Returns without a valid RAN will be refused. -
Include Required Documents:

A copy of your invoice

RAN clearly marked on the outside of your package

Shipping:

Use a shipping company of your choice or contact us for a designated carrier.

Call us back with the tracking number once your return is shipped.

Insure your package to cover any loss or damage in transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are fixed at the time your order is placed.

For all iRelaxBot products, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility if returning merchandise under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

A new unit exchange is offered for defective products reported within 30 days. No refunds are available after 30 days — after this period, warranty services apply.
Gift Card & Coupon Policy

Purchased gift cards and issued coupons are non-refundable.

One gift card order = one recipient.
-
All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Purchases made with a valid gift card number are non-refundable; all other return conditions still apply.

Gift cards are delivered via email only — it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct recipient’s email. Once the confirmation is sent, changes cannot be made.
Production & Payment Terms

Full Payment Required: All iRelaxBot products require full payment before production can be scheduled.

Standard Lead Time: Delivery is typically completed within 5–20 business days after payment for items in stock.

Extended Lead Time (Non-Stock Items): If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 60–90 days, depending on production and logistics scheduling.
