📦 Reporting Damages or Defects

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:

  • Please report any initial defects within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a prompt replacement.

  • For any damage or loss in transit, please report this directly to the carrier immediately.
    Note: iRelaxBot cannot be held responsible for damages or losses that occur during transit.

🔄 How to Make a Return

Before returning any item for a refund, you must obtain a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Here’s how:

  1. Email us at: service@irelax.life
    Include your invoice number, purchase date, original purchaser name, product name, product serial number, and the reason for your return.

  2. If your request is eligible, we will issue you an RAN and provide a return address (we’ll check the nearest warehouse to help minimize your return shipping cost). This process may take 3–5 business days.

  3. Please ensure your RAN is clearly visible on the external packaging — returns without a valid RAN may be rejected. RANs are valid for 15 days; after that, you must reapply for a new RAN.

  4. Package your item(s) securely, including:

    • Your proof of purchase

    • Your contact details

    • Any original packaging and free gifts received
      Ship using registered post or another secure, trackable method. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods (standard tracked postage only).

⚠️ Condition of Returned Goods

  • Products must be returned in fully resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Any missing free gifts, commissions paid, or incurred sales expenses will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • If your returned product is not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price.

  • Please allow up to 15 working days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
